Free workshops delivered by Mile Rainbow CIC are being held for residents at Mardyke Community Centre, South Street, Rainham, RM13 8PJ. 

Every Monday starting Monday 15th January, 4 - 5.45pm.

The 20 week programme funded by Beam Park Community Fund continues from Monday 15th January and will include Korean, Japanese & Chinese Dance, East Asian Calligraphy, Martial Arts and socializing.

Led by Hong Zhou, Mile Rainbow CIC adopts a multidisciplinary approach to fill in the gaps of existing physiological services from both Western and Eastern perspectives.

Come to experience interesting physical and creative activities, meet people and obtain knowledge of emotional intelligence, psychology, neuroscience, health science, Western medical subjects, theories of Chinese medicine to improve well being!
