Estate Service
The Estate Services Team deal with all aspect of internal and external cleaning including tree works .
Our caretakers are Robert Unwin and Jay Phillips.
Robert and Jay do the internal cleaning and Ground Control look after the grounds and outdoor areas.
Robert and Jay will visit the blocks every week to clean.
The team from Ground control will visit Walthamstow Stadium every fortnight.
What to expect from your caretakers?
Internal areas
- To thoroughly sweep all areas and remove any litter or obstructions.
- Mop floors, all staircases, internal corridors, and lobby areas paying attention to corners and skirting boards
- Clean communal doors and glass as necessary
- Clear cobwebs as necessary
- Make sure all fixtures and fittings including lamps and diffusers are cleaned
- Clean all ledges and banister rails
- Communicate any communal repairs to L&Q colleagues
What to expect from Wealdens?
External areas
- Carry out litter picking to all communal paths, steps, and other pedestrian hard surface areas
- Mow/trim grass, prune and weed shrub beds, cut back bushes and trees if necessary (in summer months)
