Simple Life London is an award-winning build to rent landlord and manages Valentines House, Beechmont House and Endura House.

Residents living in these blocks should contact Simple Life London directly with any questions or queries. You can find all your tenancy documentation and information about the buildings on the My Simple Life London mobile app, available to download for free from the App Store or Google Play.

Permits and Controlled Parking

All parking bays throughout Beam Park are exclusively for residents that have a parking allocation with their property. Vehicles parking in these bays must always be parked wholly within the confines of a marked parking bay displaying a corresponding resident parking permit. 

If your home includes a controlled parking bay you will be provided with a parking permit for your allocated bay from PCM UK Ltd (Parking Control Management UK Ltd).

Heating and Hot Water issues?

The heating and hot water is managed by L&Q Energy. Please contact them via email landqenergy@lqgroup.org.uk or via telephone 0333 003 3733

How to order a new fob?

Contact your Estate Management team at BeamParkEnquiries@lqgroup.org.uk if you require an additional or replacement fob. We will require your full address, number of fobs required and whether you require a communal entrance or car park fob.
If a fob key is lost or stolen, we are able to remove the fob from the system to ensure community safety. Each fob has an individual number printed on it. The fob is linked to an address and can be cancelled by accessing the system and amending the details on record.

Reporting ASB?

Beam Park is a safe community and we want to keep it that way. As a new development with a changing landscape, we will from time-to-time experience issues. So it’s important to ensure that we report ASB where possible to allow us and our partners the opportunity to address your concerns. We work closely with our partners such as the Police and Council representatives to address these matters, where appropriate. We encourage our residents to report issues directly to our partners as well as your Estate Management team.
